What you will do

• Ensure accurate and timely payroll processing in compliance with Ukrainian regulations.
• Own end-to-end payroll execution, including input validation and post-payroll processes.
• Act as a subject matter expert on local legislative, tax, and regulatory developments.
• Support the implementation of payroll services in new or expanding jurisdictions.
• Identify and resolve payroll discrepancies while streamlining operational workflows.
• Contribute to the adoption of AI-enabled tools to improve payroll efficiency and scalability.

Requirements

• Strong fluency in English required.
• Meaningful mid-to-senior career experience in Ukrainian payroll operations.
• Deep understanding of payroll controls, reconciliations, and statutory reporting.
• Experience managing payroll in multi-country or global organizations.
• Demonstrated proficiency in payroll tools and data analysis.
• Demonstrated automation and AI capabilities and AI fluency.
