What you will do

• Lead system-level software development efforts in coordination with hardware teams and stakeholders.
• Design, implement, and document sub-system and system-level embedded firmware and software.
• Analyze and debug embedded systems to ensure stability, reliability, and performance.
• Implement test cases for automated testing of developed embedded devices.
• Drive technical innovation by identifying opportunities for improvement and automation.
• Ensure project delivery meets established timelines and quality standards.

Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of relevant engineering experience.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or Computer Science.
• Hands-on development experience with at least two of: Rust, FPGA (Verilog), or C (Linux kernel/boot loaders/FreeRTOS).
• Proven experience with embedded software architectures and Yocto-based Linux systems.
• Domain knowledge in IP-based communications, cryptography, or network infrastructure management.
• Strong understanding of agile development principles and cross-functional team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with test automation using Robot Framework.
• Deep knowledge of information and communications security.
