What you will do

• Execute manual and automated test cases for Windows desktop applications.
• Uncover, document, and track defects to improve product quality.
• Analyze requirements early and provide feedback on testability and edge cases.
• Develop, maintain, and improve test case execution efficiency and test coverage (manual and automated).
• Collaborate with developers and PMs in an agile environment to deliver quality software iteratively.
• Continuously improve process and test methodologies, focusing on execution effectiveness.

Requirements

• 2+ years of work experience in a similar field or equivalent.
• 1+ years of test automation experience for desktop apps, preferably using C#.
• Proven experience testing Windows desktop (thick client) applications.
• Experience with Azure DevOps for bug tracking and test management.
• Experience with Visual Studio and virtualization environments such as VMware or Hyper-V.
• Excellent command of written and spoken English.

Nice to have

• Experience with FlaUI, Appium, or similar UI automation frameworks.
• Experience testing cybersecurity or endpoint security products.
• Networking knowledge (REST API testing, TCP/IP, DHCP, DNS, AD, etc.).
• Experience analyzing logs, crash dumps, or performance issues.
• Enterprise administration experience (remote deployment, multiple user sessions, server support, backups, security policies, networking essentials).
