What you will do

• Design, develop, and maintain an internal automated testing framework.
• Build and maintain internal tools and infrastructure to support testing efforts.
• Participate actively in the development of core hirify.global products.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to optimize development efficiency and code quality.
• Analyze and discuss software requirements with cross-functional development teams.

Requirements

• Must be based in Poland for remote work or hybrid attendance.
• Proficiency in C# and the .NET platform.
• Solid understanding of software design and development principles.
• Interest in software testing and automation.
• English proficiency required for international team collaboration.

Nice to have

• Experience with NUnit or xUnit testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of SQL and multithreading concepts.
• Experience working in Windows and Linux environments.
