What you will do

  • Develop and execute regional marketing strategies to drive growth, market penetration, and customer engagement across ASEAN.
  • Lead go-to-market planning and execution for product launches and strategic promotional campaigns.
  • Partner with sales teams and distributors to support demand generation, customer acquisition, and revenue growth.
  • Analyze market intelligence, customer insights, and competitive activity to identify business opportunities.
  • Develop and localize marketing content, sales tools, and digital assets to support commercial objectives.
  • Manage regional events, budgets, and external agency partners to ensure efficient execution.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, Communications, or a related discipline.
  • 5–8 years of progressive marketing experience, preferably within healthcare, medical devices, or diagnostics.
  • Strong expertise in commercial marketing, product marketing, and demand generation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders across different countries and cultures.
  • Must be located in or able to work from Bangkok, Thailand.
