What you will do

• Serve as a senior technical architect and trusted advisor for complex customer engagements.
• Design and deploy robust solutions based on hirify.global technologies, ensuring successful implementation and optimization.
• Perform advanced hands-on technical configurations and develop automation scripts for deployments.
• Lead scoping activities for large-scale and complex customer use cases.
• Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering to advocate for customer needs and influence product development.
• Mentor junior team members and share best practices across different regions.

Requirements

• Proven experience in technical architecture and deploying hirify.global solutions.
• Strong expertise in automation scripting for system configurations.
• Deep understanding of Linux distributions and Kubernetes.
• Expertise in customer engagement, stakeholder management, and relationship building.
• Ability to lead scoping activities for complex technical projects.
• Experience in mentoring less experienced technical professionals.
