• 5+ years of experience as a System Administrator / IT Operations Specialist
• Team Lead experience
• Strong knowledge of macOS and Windows administration
• Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, 1Password
• Experience building and improving IT processes
• Understanding of SaaS administration and IT infrastructure
• Experience with Jira / Confluence
🔹 Responsibilities:
• Lead and improve internal IT operations
• Support employees across macOS and Windows environments
• Manage hardware, software licenses, access rights, and inventory
• Maintain IT documentation and processes
• Reduce manual work through automation and process improvements
