What you will do

• Ideate, design, and drive new revenue-generating crypto products, starting with the Yield Hub.
• Develop on-chain yield generation strategies, including staking, lending, and liquidity pools.
• Create financial models and calculate unit economics to ensure merchant profitability and company revenue growth.
• Define go-to-market strategies and drive the adoption of complex DeFi and treasury management solutions.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Tech, Compliance, and Sales teams to ensure seamless product integration.
• Perform competitive analysis and maintain awareness of EU crypto regulations, specifically MiCA.

Requirements

• Expert knowledge of DeFi protocols, stablecoins, and treasury management solutions.
• Advanced understanding of blockchain infrastructure, custody solutions, and smart contract integrations.
• Proven expertise in financial modeling, unit economics, and risk management in DeFi.
• Knowledge of payment processing flows and crypto rails.
• English: C1 or Native proficiency is mandatory.
• Location: Must be based in the European Region.

• Fluent Russian language skills.
• Deep understanding of MiCA and EU crypto regulatory frameworks.
