What you will do

  • Deliver timely, transparent, and empowering support to individual members and B2B customers.
  • Own strategic projects to scale Care operations and improve the member experience in Canada.
  • Collaborate with Product, Ops, Sales, and Insurance teams to drive strategic initiatives.
  • Mentor junior members of the Care team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement.
  • Provide member-driven insights to help optimize products and services.

Requirements

  • Must reside in Toronto, ON or be willing to relocate.
  • 3+ years of professional experience.
  • Impeccable written and oral English communication skills.
  • Proven ability to simplify complex topics and outstanding problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in multi-channel support (chat, email, phone).
  • Comfort with technology and enthusiasm for AI-powered tools.

Nice to have

  • Knowledge of how the Canadian healthcare system works.
  • Background in Operations, Project Management, Product, or Account Management.
