Salary: $60,000 – $67,500 (Total compensation up to $74,500)

What you will do
- Manage customer support tickets via live chat and email using Intercom.
- Educate merchants on platform features to ensure their success.
- Troubleshoot technical issues, utilizing HTML/CSS skills when necessary.
- Collect and synthesize customer feedback to drive product and process improvements.
- Contribute to meaningful projects such as building documentation and improving ticket triage.
Requirements
- Must be based in or able to work on-site in Calgary, Alberta.
- Demonstrable experience in customer-facing roles with a focus on problem-solving.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts.
- Proficiency or willingness to learn HTML/CSS for technical troubleshooting.
