TL;DR

Director, People Analytics (HR Analytics): Delivering actionable workforce insights to optimize the attraction, development, and retention of associates within Sales & Services teams with an accent on consultative partnership and technical analytics. Focus on solving complex business problems through quantitative data and influencing organizational roadmaps.

Location: Must be located within a commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford, CT

Salary: 120,000 USD - 167,000 USD

What you will do

  • Act as a strategic partner for senior HR and Recruiting leadership across Sales & Services teams.
  • Identify and solve critical business problems through the application of robust analytical solutions.
  • Influence product and analytics roadmaps to ensure Sales & Services priorities are met.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, and Sales Strategy & Operations.
  • Translate quantitative and qualitative data into narratives to influence executive-level stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 10+ years of progressive experience in analytics, HR, or consulting.
  • Must be based within commutable distance to Irving, TX or Stamford, CT.
  • Proven ability to solve complex, unstructured business problems using data economics.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills for direct engagement with senior leadership.
  • Experience coordinating with global team members and managing operational risks.
