Salary: $80,000—$100,000 USD

What you will do
- Design and build scalable web experiences including persona-based spaces, shell architecture, and embedded application integrations.
- Develop backend services and APIs for authentication, access control, search, and partner onboarding.
- Collaborate with product managers and UX designers to translate complex requirements into maintainable solutions.
- Own features end-to-end, from initial scoping and design through implementation, testing, and production monitoring.
- Drive technical quality by participating in design and code reviews and establishing scalable patterns.
- Evolve the technical architecture of the Open TTD platform to support new personas and broader platform integrations.
Requirements
- Strong frontend and full-stack development skills with experience building large-scale portals or developer-facing platforms.
- Proficiency in modern React-based frontends.
- Experience working with RESTful and GraphQL APIs.
- Backend development experience in C# or similar languages.
- Ability to communicate technical trade-offs clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfort working with ambiguity in a greenfield project environment.
