What you will do

• Perform functional verification of CPU logic to ensure designs meet specification requirements.
• Develop verification plans, test benches, and environments aligned with CPU microarchitecture.
• Execute system-level simulations to verify functionality, characterize performance, and uncover design issues.
• Debug pre-silicon failures, identify root causes, and partner with design teams to drive fixes.
• Improve verification infrastructure, tools, automation, and methodology for CPU development.
• Document technical findings and participate in reviews with design and architecture teams.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or a related field.
• 3+ months of experience in digital logic design and computer architecture.
• Proficiency in C++ and SystemVerilog.
• Experience with at least one scripting language (Python, Perl, or Tcl).
• Must be eligible to work in the USA (immigration sponsorship available per company guidelines).

Nice to have

• Use of AI agents in projects or software development.
• Experience with RTL development and debug.
• Knowledge of x86 or other computer architectures.
• ASM skills and version control (GIT).
• Experience with Synopsys simulators.
