TL;DR

What you will do

  • Provide exceptional technical assistance to internal and external users to achieve business outcomes.
  • Diagnose and repair complex hardware, software, and system issues.
  • Perform installs, moves, adds, and changes (IMAC) activities and manage data backup/restore.
  • Respond to escalated issues and report critical design flaws and reliability bugs.
  • Collaborate with local and regional infrastructure teams to ensure prompt problem resolution.
  • Provide technical support and training for sophisticated products.

Requirements

  • Fluency in English and Japanese (writing, speaking, and understanding).
  • At least 2 years of experience in Application Support Service Desk.
  • At least 2 years of professional troubleshooting expertise.
  • Technical proficiency with Windows and macOS.
  • Proven problem-solving skills and a strong customer-service focus.

Nice to have

  • ITIL Certification.
  • Experience with Fieldglass or S2P Platforms such as SAP Ariba or Coupa.
  • Background in procurement or accounts payable.
