What you will do

• Lead the production discipline and mentor a team of senior managers and production leads.
• Define and drive the delivery strategy to ensure the successful shipment of AAA titles within time, budget, and resource constraints.
• Set and uphold production standards across tooling, tracking, and milestone processes using Jira, Perforce, and Confluence.
• Own the production headcount budget and workforce plan in partnership with Finance and Operations.
• Drive alignment across cross-functional teams and serve as the supervising production lens for discipline leaders.
• Represent the production function in executive and publisher-facing forums.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 10+ years of experience in game production, with 4+ years in senior leadership or director-level roles.
• Proven track record of shipping at least one AAA title in a senior production leadership role.
• Deep expertise in project management, milestone planning, and risk mitigation.
• Bachelor's degree in Production, Business Administration, Project Management, or equivalent experience.
