What you will do

• Lead the customer-facing account management side of the Duo model in partnership with technical counterparts.
• Evolve engagement mechanisms and rituals to support the Duo model at scale across the organization.
• Translate customer goals, constraints, and dependencies into clear plans and actionable work.
• Lead roadmap alignment and tradeoff conversations to ensure asks are grounded in strategic outcomes.
• Own relationship work systems, including tracking, reporting, decision logs, and stakeholder communication.
• Identify blockers and cross-team gaps early to drive resolution with urgency and leadership visibility.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent experience with strong technical knowledge.
• Minimum 6 years of experience as a Technical Producer, Program Manager, Product Manager, or Delivery Lead.
• Experience leading cross-functional, initiative-level work through influence and alignment.
• Strong technical fluency and systems thinking to facilitate planning and risk management.
• Experience scaling Agile/Lean frameworks and using enterprise project tracking tools.
• Must be based in the US or authorized to work in the US
