TL;DR

Location: Hybrid in Burlington, MA. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, requirements, and priorities for deployment-focused sensing solutions.
• Translate customer missions and operational challenges into clear product direction.
• Partner with engineering, sales, marketing, and operations to deliver solutions from concept through sustainment.
• Engage directly with customers via demonstrations, deployments, and feedback sessions.
• Support go-to-market activities, including sales enablement and solution positioning.
• Monitor adoption and business performance to inform future investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management, product strategy, or solutions management.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship.
• Experience leading complex technical products in cross-functional environments.
• Ability to translate market and technical inputs into clear priorities.
• May be required to obtain and maintain a U.S. government security clearance in the future.

Nice to have

• Experience with Counter-UAS, air defense, surveillance, or integrated sensing systems.
• Familiarity with multi-modal sensing architectures (radar, infrared, passive RF).
• Military, public safety, or defense operational field experience.
• Experience in aerospace, security, or mobility markets.
• International market experience, particularly in Europe.
