Product Manager (Radar)

TL;DR

Product Manager (Radar/AI): Driving the strategy, execution, and market success of core radar products with an accent on product lifecycle management and situational awareness technology. Focus on translating complex customer and market inputs into technical roadmaps and coordinating cross-functional delivery from concept to production.

Location: Hybrid in Hoffman Estates, IL. Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without employer sponsorship and may be required to obtain a U.S. government security clearance.

Compensation: $140,000 - $200,000

What you will do

• Define product strategy, roadmaps, and requirements for the radar product portfolio.
• Guide products through the full lifecycle, from initial concept to production and sustainment.
• Engage directly with customers through demonstrations, deployments, and feedback sessions.
• Drive alignment between engineering, sales, marketing, operations, and leadership.
• Support go-to-market activities, including sales enablement and product positioning.
• Monitor product adoption and business performance to inform future investments.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in product management or strategy within a technical environment.
• Legal authorization to work in the US without sponsorship.
• Ability to translate technical and market inputs into clear product priorities.
• Experience influencing cross-functional teams without direct authority.
• Strong analytical thinking and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Experience with radar, sensing systems, or Counter-UAS technologies.
• Background in defense, aerospace, security, or mission-critical industries.
• Technical RF background for effective engineering collaboration.
• Familiarity with international markets, particularly in Europe.
