What you will do

• Build systems integrating LLMs and AI agents into products using RAG and tuning models.
• Define team standards for AI-assisted development and validate AI-generated code for security and reliability.
• Lead architectural analysis and reverse-engineering of legacy .NET applications to guide modernization.
• Develop and optimize fullstack applications using .NET (C#, ASP.NET Core) and React.
• Own CI/CD pipelines and automated testing strategies using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Mentor P3 engineers on .NET and AI development practices.

Requirements

• 10+ years of software development experience with proven technical lead experience.
• Hands-on experience building AI agents with LLMs (GPTs, Llama), LangChain, LangGraph, and vector databases.
• Strong proficiency in C#, .NET 8+, Web API, and Entity Framework Core.
• Expertise in React, TypeScript, and Redux.
• Experience with SQL Server and NoSQL databases (MongoDB, Redis).
• Must be based in the UK.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of GraphQL, WebSocket, or SignalR.
• Experience with Microservices architecture.
• Familiarity with Blazor, Angular, or Infrastructure as Code (Terraform, Bicep).
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS/Azure) or on-prem data centers.
