What you will do

• Set up, operate, and monitor presses, CNC equipment, and other production machinery.
• Interpret work orders, blueprints, and production specifications to ensure accurate manufacturing.
• Inspect finished products using calipers, micrometers, and gauges to verify dimensions.
• Perform routine adjustments, minor troubleshooting, and preventative maintenance on equipment.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area compliant with 5S standards.
• Support lean manufacturing efforts and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Previous experience in machine operation.
• Ability to read and interpret manufacturing or shop drawings.
• Proficiency in using a tape measure.
• Ability to carry 5-30 pounds without assistance.
• Availability to work overtime is required.
