What you will do

• Partner with cross-functional teams to define high-impact product questions, success metrics, and decision frameworks.
• Analyze user behavior, creator activity, and social dynamics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Design and analyze A/B tests and causal measurement approaches to evaluate product launches and strategic initiatives.
• Build durable analytical assets, including data marts, metric definitions, and self-serve dashboards.
• Implement AI-assisted and agentic workflows to accelerate analysis and automate repetitive investigations.
• Collaborate with Data Engineering to improve data quality, instrumentation, and modeling.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in data science, product analytics, or quantitative analysis.
• Expert SQL skills and strong proficiency with Python or R for modeling and automation.
• Experience designing and interpreting experiments, including A/B tests and guardrail metrics.
• Strong product sense and ability to translate ambiguous business problems into structured analyses.
• Familiarity with AI-assisted analytical workflows (LLMs or agents) for code generation and exploratory analysis.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in a technical, quantitative, or data-related field.

Nice to have

• Experience at a social, gaming, creator economy, or UGC platform company.
• Knowledge of social graphs, virtual economies, recommendations, or community health metrics.
• Experience building AI-powered internal tools or natural-language data interfaces.
• Proficiency with dbt, Snowflake, BigQuery, Tableau, Amplitude, Hex, or Airflow.
• Experience mentoring other data scientists or analysts.
