What you will do

• Lead the end-to-end design, implementation, and governance of complex, enterprise-grade RPA solutions using UiPath.
• Integrate AI technologies, including machine learning, NLP, and computer vision, to improve decision-making in automation workflows.
• Implement SAP automation for data extraction, updates, and synchronization while ensuring data integrity.
• Drive CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps for version control, automated testing, and efficient delivery.
• Collaborate with Senior Business Leaders and CoE teams to assess automation opportunities and influence strategic decisions.
• Mentor and grow a high-performing RPA team by setting coding standards and facilitating code reviews.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field.
• Must be authorized for employment in the United States.
• 7+ years of total experience, including 2 years as a UiPath Lead designing complex RPA solutions.
• 4+ years of experience with ERP Automation (SAP, Oracle EBS).
• 3+ years of experience with Azure DevOps and 3+ years of experience integrating AI/ML technologies.
• 5+ years of experience with Python for automation scripting and API integrations.

Nice to have

• Experience with Celonis, Alteryx, or Power Automate.
• Experience testing automation using Selenium and Ruby with Cucumber.
• Familiarity with Google Cloud Platform and MS SharePoint.
