What you will do

• Build and lead a continuous adversarial testing program against the next-generation Atlas Platform.
• Deploy and configure agentic offensive security platforms for autonomous source code analysis and vulnerability chaining.
• Translate adversarial findings and attack playbooks into secure design improvements and SSDLC changes.
• Recruit, source, and manage a team of offensive security engineers.
• Execute short-cycle adversarial campaigns and integrate threat intelligence for identity platforms and AI/ML attack techniques.
• Establish a partnership with the CISO's Red Team for joint exercises and method transfer.

Requirements

• Must be based in the United States.
• 5+ years of offensive security experience with at least 2 years in a team lead or management role.
• Demonstrated experience with agentic or AI-powered offensive security tooling in a production program.
• Hands-on proficiency in application pen testing, source code security review, cloud security, or AI/LLM adversarial testing.
• Deep domain knowledge of Identity and Access Management (IAM), including OAuth, OIDC, and SAML.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience.

Nice to have

• Prior experience testing identity platforms or IAM products.
• Expertise in OWASP Top 10 for LLM Applications, MITRE ATLAS, and NIST AI RMF.
