What you will do

• Build and maintain simple front-end forms and components using established design patterns.
• Create and enhance dashboards, reports, and data visualizations for safety analytics.
• Perform minor configuration and UI updates within platform constraints.
• Collaborate with Corporate Safety stakeholders to gather and refine requirements.
• Partner with IT to ensure solutions align with governance and security standards.
• Provide documentation and knowledge transfer for developed solutions.

Requirements

• Must be able to work onsite in Detroit, MI (Tuesday-Thursday).
• Experience working in a low-code or governed development environment.
• Ability to translate business needs into practical, low-complexity technical solutions.
• Strong communication skills for stakeholder collaboration.
• Understanding of data visualization and reporting principles.
