What you will do

• Lead editorial strategy for US boxing broadcasts and oversee live events.
• Drive live OB trucks or Galleries as a Live Producer and create broadcast running orders.
• Manage and develop a team of Producers and Assistant Producers.
• Collaborate with marketing, commercial, rights, creative, and social teams to shape editorial planning.
• Work directly with high-profile athletes and fighters.
• Produce non-live content for the hirify.global platform.

Requirements

• In-depth boxing knowledge and a passion for the sport.
• Proven experience as a Live Producer in sports and broadcast media.
• Strong team leadership and communication skills.
• Experience working with high-profile talent and athletes.
• Must be based in New York or remotely within the US (East Coast).
