Senior Director, IT Enterprise Architecture (Healthcare): Leading the identification and optimization of information, technology, and processes into an integrated environment to support the organization's business strategy with an accent on architectural governance and strategic roadmaps. Focus on aligning architecture strategy with business goals, mentoring solution architects, and implementing scalable cloud-based solutions.
Location: Hybrid (New York, NY or Washington, DC) with a schedule of 2 days/week onsite
Salary: $185,000 - $190,000 a year

What you will do
- Define and provide overall direction for IT architecture to effectively support the PPFA business strategy.
- Lead the Enterprise Architecture (EA) review board and govern the evolution of EA across the organization.
- Develop and communicate architectural policies, standards, guidelines, and procedures.
- Research and evaluate emerging technologies, industry trends, and market shifts to ensure business relevance.
- Partner with InfoSec, application owners, and business leaders to align technology roadmaps with CIO priorities.
- Lead and mentor solution architects, engineers, and cross-functional business teams.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or equivalent experience.
- 12+ years of IT and business experience, including architecture design, deployment, and infrastructure planning.
- Proven leadership experience in cross-functional teams and influencing senior-level management.
- Deep knowledge of holistic enterprise architecture and business re-engineering principles.
- Must be based in New York, NY or Washington, DC for a hybrid work arrangement.
