Salary: $40,500–$67,500 CAD

What you will do
- Administer and update member banking information and payment records in administration systems.
- Handle incoming bank returns and process check payments.
- Liaise with financial institutions to resolve payment issues and validate information.
- Achieve established service level agreements and identify process improvement opportunities.
- Support customer experience by handling member and producer calls during peak periods.
- Ensure all payment changes meet legislative and corporate compliance requirements.
Requirements
- Must be based in Canada
- 2-4 years of experience in insurance administration, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong mathematical aptitude and data analysis skills with high attention to detail.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel.
- Ability to work rotating shifts between 9:00 am - 5:00 pm and cover some Canadian Statutory holidays.
- Strong oral and written communication skills.
Nice to have
- Post-secondary education in Finance or Accounting.
- Knowledge of insurance industry practices (Life and Annuities).
- Bilingual proficiency in French.
- Experience with CRM systems and banking regulations.
