TL;DR

Senior Contact Center Support Engineer (CCaaS/Fintech): Maintaining, supporting, and developing complex contact center systems with an accent on cloud-native technologies, API-first architectures, and system integrations. Focus on troubleshooting technical issues, performing root cause analysis, and implementing solutions to improve customer engagement platforms within a regulated financial environment.

Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX, USA (Hybrid)

What you will do

  • Provide expert-level support for contact center applications and cloud-based systems.
  • Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, modifications, and system implementations.
  • Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
  • Design and implement technical solutions using cloud-native technologies, chatbots, and APIs.
  • Maintain technical documentation and knowledge management tools.
  • Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.

Requirements

  • 7-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining contact center solutions.
  • Advanced knowledge of CCaaS technology and applications.
  • Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps principles.
  • Knowledge of IT governance and regulatory landscapes for financial institutions.
  • Strong analytical, security-first mindset, and problem-resolution skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.

Nice to have

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • 2-4 years of experience leading engineering efforts on large-scale projects.
