Location: Must be based in or able to commute to Arlington, TX, USA (Hybrid)

What you will do
- Provide expert-level support for contact center applications and cloud-based systems.
- Coordinate with vendors for maintenance, modifications, and system implementations.
- Collaborate with development teams to troubleshoot issues and conduct root cause analysis.
- Design and implement technical solutions using cloud-native technologies, chatbots, and APIs.
- Maintain technical documentation and knowledge management tools.
- Provide technical guidance and mentorship to less experienced engineers.
Requirements
- 7-10 years of experience in designing, developing, and maintaining contact center solutions.
- Advanced knowledge of CCaaS technology and applications.
- Strong understanding of Agile software development methodologies and DevOps principles.
- Knowledge of IT governance and regulatory landscapes for financial institutions.
- Strong analytical, security-first mindset, and problem-resolution skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional collaboration.
Nice to have
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
- 2-4 years of experience leading engineering efforts on large-scale projects.
