What you will do
- Own reliability and performance across the Azure-based cloud platform.
- Actively integrate AI tools for faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, and automated runbooks.
- Develop and maintain robust automation for infrastructure scaling and management.
- Partner with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services for regulated clients.
- Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system uptime and stability.
Requirements
- Strong experience running production workloads on Azure.
- Proficiency in writing automation scripts and tools.
- Experience using AI tooling in an operational or SRE context.
- Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
- Experience with SQL Server or Postgres in production environments.
- Working knowledge of Windows and IIS.
