What you will do

• Own reliability and performance across the Azure-based cloud platform.
• Actively integrate AI tools for faster root cause analysis, intelligent alerting, and automated runbooks.
• Develop and maintain robust automation for infrastructure scaling and management.
• Partner with engineering teams to ship and run resilient services for regulated clients.
• Participate in the on-call rotation to ensure system uptime and stability.

Requirements

• Strong experience running production workloads on Azure.
• Proficiency in writing automation scripts and tools.
• Experience using AI tooling in an operational or SRE context.
• Familiarity with Azure DevOps pipelines.
• Experience with SQL Server or Postgres in production environments.
• Working knowledge of Windows and IIS.
