What you will do

• Onboard and optimize performance, quality, and efficiency of AI and non-AI workloads on Xeon CPUs, GPUs, and NPUs.
• Run benchmarks to measure latency, throughput, and memory usage.
• Identify system bottlenecks and create detailed reports, dashboards, and visualizations.
• Build automated benchmarking pipelines to ensure reproducible results.
• Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to optimize systems based on benchmark outcomes.

Requirements

• Bachelor's in CS, EE, or STEM with 5+ years experience, or Master's with 3+ years experience.
• Hands-on experience with hardware bring-up, including BIOS configuration and OS/middleware installation.
• Proficiency in Python and shell scripting.
• Experience with performance tools (e.g., Linux perf) and Linux OS.
• Knowledge of container technologies (Kubernetes, Docker) and Ethernet networking.
• Must be able to work on-site in the United States.

Nice to have

• Understanding of AI/ML (Vision AI, Gen-AI, VLM, VLA) with evaluation experience.
• Experience with ML frameworks such as PyTorch, OpenVINO, vLLM, or TensorFlow.
• Experience in AI benchmarking.
