What you will do

• Collaborate with neuroradiologists, physicists, and software engineers on study documentation and scan quality control.
• Lead the deployment of advanced PET and SPECT imaging acquisition across diverse imaging sites worldwide.
• Develop, execute, and validate large-scale image processing and analysis workflows.
• Support the preparation of abstracts and manuscripts for scientific dissemination.
• Identify opportunities to enhance scientific value and optimize internal processes.
• Ensure adherence to organizational SOPs and maintain departmental standards.

Requirements

• PhD in biomedical engineering, physics, neuroscience, or a related field.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience in molecular imaging, including PET, SPECT, and novel tracers.
• Strong knowledge of nuclear medicine physics and terminology across various imaging vendors.
• Proven ability to manipulate and analyze complex medical imaging data.
• Must be based in the United States or Costa Rica.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Programming experience in MATLAB or Python.
