Location: Must be based in China (Shanghai preferred), with frequent travel within China and occasional international travel.

What you will do

• Serve as the primary technical expert for the Large Molecule portfolio across China.
• Conduct hands-on demonstrations, workflow consultations, and troubleshooting for customers.
• Assist with chromatography media selection and downstream purification optimization.
• Collaborate with the local sales team to identify and develop strategic account opportunities.
• Create technical content including application notes, presentations, and workflow guides.
• Present scientific findings at seminars, workshops, and industry conferences.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Life Sciences, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, or Chemical Engineering.
• Fluent Chinese (required) and business-level English (oral and written).
• Strong understanding of protein purification and chromatography principles.
• Hands-on experience in discovery lab-scale purification of plasmids, antibodies, and proteins.
• Ability to travel frequently within China and occasionally to APAC/global locations.
• Experience in application support or technical sales within biopharma or CDMO environments.

• Master’s degree in a relevant scientific field.
