What you will do

• Architect and design secure, scalable solutions translating complex business requirements into technical specifications for the IMPartner platform.
• Lead the implementation of integrations between Salesforce, Okta's Partner portals, and other cross-functional downstream systems.
• Execute features end-to-end, translating user stories into robust technical designs aligned with organizational standards.
• Maintain an automated test regression suite and ensure 100% unit test coverage for all new logic.
• Conduct thorough Pull Request reviews and provide mentorship to junior and mid-level developers.
• Manage the deployment cycle, including documentation, Jira approvals, and final Production validation.

Requirements

• 5+ years of proven proficiency in Salesforce development (Apex, Process/Flow Automations, LWC).
• 1-2 years of experience in general software engineering using Java, Python, or JavaScript.
• Extensive knowledge of PRM platforms (experience with IMPartner is a significant advantage).
• Expertise in modern AI agent frameworks, RAG pipelines, and advanced vector search methodologies.
• Hands-on experience with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce security best practices.
• Must be located in the San Francisco Bay Area.
