What you will do

• Own full development lifecycle for IAM solutions including design, implementation, testing, deployment, and UX improvements.
• Collaborate with product teams, IAM services, business analysts, UX designers, QA, and operations to refine requirements and deliver compliant solutions.
• Develop and integrate backend, frontend, and Agentic/AI features with technical guidance and troubleshooting.
• Review, prioritize requests, and implement enhancements based on user needs and business objectives.
• Create technical documentation and enablement materials for developers, customers, and teams.
• Mentor peers and juniors on modern development, UX practices, and emerging technologies like AI advancements.

Requirements

• 6-8+ years full-stack experience with Go, Java, Python, API design, cloud services, containerization, and AI/agentic capabilities
• 3-5+ years with IAM technologies: SSO/Okta, authorization, Sailpoint, PAM
• 2-3+ years frontend with React, Chakra UI, Redux Toolkit, Axios
• Experience with IAM, Cybersecurity, compliance (NIST, ISO, SOC 2), AWS, Kubernetes, microservices
• Proficiency in JSON, XML, RESTful APIs, secure coding, CI/CD with Git/Jenkins
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, communication skills; agile/scrum experience
