What you will do

• Design, build, and optimize robust ETL/ELT processing pipelines to ingest and transform complex healthcare data.
• Architect scalable data solutions using Snowflake as the primary data cloud across Azure and AWS environments.
• Develop and maintain a semantic layer to translate complex data structures into business-friendly metrics.
• Collaborate with data leadership to synchronize data streams and deploy Customer 360 initiatives.
• Ensure all data architecture and processing strictly adhere to HIPAA and HITRUST compliance standards for PHI.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher.
• Minimum 8 years of professional experience as a Data Engineer.
• Advanced proficiency with Snowflake.
• Strong working knowledge of Azure and AWS cloud computing platforms.
• Expertise in building automated ETL workflows and designing dimensional data models (star schemas).
• Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship.

• Deep understanding of the healthcare landscape, including EHR and healthcare data structures.
• Experience building and maintaining a semantic layer for enterprise analytics.
