What you will do

• Own module-level quality execution, driving root-cause analysis (RCA) and structural improvements.
• Lead DRB and MRB sessions to validate root causes and implement corrective actions.
• Manage SPC performance reviews, including control limit adjustments and capability analysis.
• Execute MSA and Gage R&R studies and maintain pFMEAs to mitigate systemic risks.
• Govern Quality Gates and Workcenter Handshakes to ensure alignment between upstream and downstream operations.
• Lead end-to-end F2F and customer MN investigations using 8D structural solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters of Science degree in mechanical, electrical, optical, chemical, industrial engineering, physics, or a related technical field.
• 2+ years of relevant work experience in quality or manufacturing engineering.
• Legally authorized to access controlled technology under US Export Administration Regulations (EAR).
• Proficiency in SAP, QMS tools, SPC, FMEA, and structured problem solving.
• Ability to work in a cleanroom environment and wear full PPE.

Nice to have

• Six Sigma Green Belt certification or willingness to achieve it.
• Hands-on technical experience specifically within manufacturing quality.
