I'm looking for a Full-Stack AI Engineer to build real-world AI applications from idea to production.
I'm hiring for a US-headquartered AI company operating at the intersection of life sciences and healthcare. The company builds practical AI solutions that help pharmaceutical and biotech organizations improve clinical development, data, and operational workflows.
You’ll work across the stack — React/Next.js, Python/Node.js, APIs, data, and LLMs — building AI-powered features with OpenAI, Anthropic, RAG, tool calling, structured outputs, and agentic workflows.
What we’re looking for:
• 3+ years of software engineering experience
• Strong full-stack development skills
• Hands-on experience building LLM-powered applications
• Comfortable working independently and solving ambiguous problems
• A builder mindset — you enjoy turning ideas and prototypes into reliable products
📍 Location: Poland — preferably Wrocław or nearby
🇵🇱 Work authorization in Poland is required
🇬🇧 English: B2–C1
Experience with cloud platforms, Docker/CI/CD, vector databases, embeddings, or life sciences is a plus — but not required.
