TL;DR
HR People Partner (AdTech): Managing the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding within the Agency business unit with an accent on employee engagement and retention. Focus on analyzing burnout risks, facilitating performance reviews, and building trusted partnerships between business and employees.
Location: Remote, Hybrid, or Office (Prague, Warsaw)

What you will do
- Manage the entire employee journey from onboarding and welcome meetings to offboarding and exit interviews.
- Conduct 1:1 meetings and stay interviews to monitor employee sentiment, adaptation, and motivation.
- Analyze burnout and attrition risks to develop and implement effective retention plans.
- Support L&D initiatives, Performance Review processes, and the rollout of new HR policies.
- Maintain HRIS records via People Force and provide accurate operational reporting to the Head of HR.
- Organize company events, employee recognition programs, and internal celebrations.
Requirements
- Experience in managing onboarding, offboarding, and conducting sentiment-focused 1:1 meetings.
- Proven track record of supporting employees throughout the probation period.
- Ability to handle basic employee relations and conflict resolution cases.
- Knowledge of labor law and employment regulations.
- Experience maintaining and updating HRIS records.
- High emotional intelligence, mature communication skills, and an ownership mindset.
Nice to have
- English proficiency at B2 level or higher
- Experience facilitating Performance Reviews and supporting Individual Development Plans (IDPs).
- Skills in managing difficult conversations and assessing workplace conflict risks.
- Experience in developing and implementing employee retention plans.
