What you will do

• Design and build generative AI agents and platforms utilizing both local and cloud-based large language models (LLMs).
• Develop AI-powered solutions that enable hirify.globalligent reasoning, automation, and human-AI interaction for real-world use cases.
• Integrate GenAI systems with a focus on agent orchestration, tool usage, and retrieval-augmented workflows.
• Implement, test, debug, and deploy AI services and data pipelines into production-quality software.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define technical requirements and deliver impactful AI solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Electrical/Computer Engineering, or a related field.
• 3+ months of experience with C++.
• 3+ months of experience with Python.
• Must be based in the United States and eligible to work at assigned hirify.global sites.

Nice to have

• Experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, AutoGen, or Hugging Face.
• Knowledge of Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g., FAISS, Chroma).
• Experience with prompt engineering and UX/UI for human-AI interaction.
• Familiarity with deploying and scaling AI agent platforms across local and cloud environments.
