What you will do

• Lead content design for mobile apps, device interfaces, onboarding flows, alerts, and help systems.
• Translate complex medical, technical, and regulatory content into clear, user-friendly language.
• Define messaging hierarchies, voice and tone, terminology standards, and end-to-end content patterns.
• Partner with product, design, and research teams to shape user journeys and identify content opportunities.
• Build and evolve scalable content systems, frameworks, and reusable UX writing components.
• Collaborate with engineering, clinical, regulatory, and localization teams throughout the product lifecycle.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in content design, UX writing, or content strategy roles.
• Must be based in the United States.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating end-to-end product content design and systems thinking.
• Proficiency in Figma and collaborative design workflows.
• Experience in regulated industries such as healthcare or medical devices (preferred).
• Strong understanding of accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and inclusive language.
