What you will do

• Engineer distributed system components including consensus logic, networking stacks, and synchronization logic.
• Implement and maintain memory-mapped databases to ensure performance, safety, and correctness.
• Develop clean interfaces and APIs to make protocols accessible to product teams.
• Collaborate with leadership to translate technical vision into quarterly deliverables.
• Support infrastructure monitoring and alerting stacks to ensure high uptime.
• Participate in an on-call rotation for production incident response.

Requirements

• 5+ years of professional software engineering experience.
• 2-3+ years of professional experience with Rust.
• Strong foundation in blockchain concepts and experience contributing to blockchain projects.
• Proven experience in low-level system programming or distributed systems design.
