What you will do

• Serve as a payments expert to help customers adopt and optimize integrated solutions.
• Provide pre-sale support to the Sales team, including credit card statement analysis and rate assessments.
• Onboard new customers and tailor payment experiences to their specific business needs.
• Support Account Management and Customer Success teams with strategy to maximize adoption.
• Lead rate negotiations and conduct data-driven reviews to identify pricing opportunities.
• Deliver training sessions and guidance to elevate the overall customer experience.

Requirements

• 1–3 years of experience in payments, account management, or business analysis.
• Proficiency in using Excel, Salesforce, and PowerPoint for data analysis and presentations.
• Strong analytical mindset with exceptional attention to detail and financial fluency.
• Ability to tailor messaging for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• English: C1 proficiency required (spoken, written, and read).
• Strong project management skills with the ability to handle multiple priorities.
