What you will do

• Perform a comprehensive technical, architectural, and quality audit of the Salesforce Energy & Utilities Cloud platform.
• Optimize OmniStudio components, including OmniScripts, Integration Procedures, FlexCards, and DataRaptors, to improve user experience.
• Review third-party API frameworks and downstream connections to billing systems to resolve bottlenecks.
• Audit custom Apex design patterns and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for maintainability and clean code compliance.
• Document technical debt and prioritize remediation steps into an executable roadmap.
• Evaluate CI/CD pipelines, sandbox structures, and deployment strategies using GitHub.

Requirements

• Extensive hands-on experience with Salesforce Industries (Vlocity), CME Managed Package, CPQ, and EPC.
• Deep authoritative understanding of the OmniStudio Suite.
• Strong foundation in core programmatic Salesforce architecture, including Apex and LWC.
• Must be based in the United Kingdom.
• Deep domain expertise in the Energy & Utilities sector, specifically utility billing models and smart-metering.
• Proven experience establishing sandbox strategies and utilizing static code analysis tools.
