What you will do

• Design, develop, and deploy business-critical features that add value to the voice platform.
• Participate in requirements analysis to provide effective technical and business solutions.
• Write clean, scalable code while maintaining, refactoring, and debugging existing systems.
• Optimize platform performance and participate in on-call rotations to ensure system reliability.
• Mentor team members and evangelize engineering best practices across the organization.

Requirements

• 6+ years of experience in backend development using a large-scale typed language, specifically TypeScript.
• Extensive production experience with AWS services and infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform or CloudFormation.
• Strong focus on security, scalability, availability, and performance in all development tasks.
• Ability to explain AWS offerings and architectural decisions to junior engineers.
• Must be based in or able to work from the Madrid office in a hybrid capacity.
