What you will do

• Design and implement reliable reconciliation and reporting systems for financial data.
• Untangle and translate complex business logic across various ERP integrations.
• Own the full lifecycle of features from understanding customer pain points to deployment and impact measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional squads to define technical roadmaps and quarterly goals.
• Mentor less experienced engineers and raise the bar for technical quality through design reviews and pairing.
• Utilize AI tools to accelerate development, code reviews, and production troubleshooting.

Requirements

• Must be based within commuting distance of Barcelona or willing to relocate.
• English: C1 proficiency required (official office language).
• Strong experience in backend architecture, API design, and complex data modeling.
• Proven ability to lead cross-team initiatives and drive technical alignment.
• Experience with operational maturity, including SRE practices and observability.
• Pragmatic mindset with a focus on impact over effort.
