What you will do

• Analyze and advise on overarching financial risk management processes and controls.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies and external regulatory requirements from an operational perspective.
• Contribute to firm-wide Data Management Standards and support regulatory compliance changes.
• Lead departmental change initiatives to make financial risk operational processes more efficient.
• Establish and guide best practices in RCSA and KCT activities, including Sox404 testing.
• Support remediation of gaps and mitigation of risks related to processes and controls.

Requirements

• At least 10 years of relevant experience in the banking industry, specifically in (non-)financial risk, audit, or data.
• High-level understanding of banking and/or trading risk management.
• Broad experience in data compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Strong analytical skills regarding processes, controls, and data requirements.
• Knowledge of ERM frameworks, NFR topics, KCT, and Sox testing processes.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
