What you will do

• Produce digital-first sports content for YouTube, social media, websites, and mobile platforms.
• Clip segments from live sporting events and studio shows in real-time using Adobe Premiere.
• Create 3+ digital video stories daily, including highlights, headlines, captions, and metadata.
• Collaborate with video and editorial teams to identify high-performance clips and drive views.
• Optimize sound, lighting, and graphics for exported videos.
• Contribute to content brainstorming and produce branded content as needed.

Requirements

• Must be based in Stamford, CT.
• Must have valid work authorization to work in the United States.
• 1-2 years of experience producing end-to-end short-form digital video content for digital platforms.
• Proficiency in Adobe Premiere and Photoshop.
• Demonstrated knowledge of sports, particularly Golf, NASCAR, WNBA, College Football, or Premier League.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and evenings.

Nice to have

• Experience with live-video clipping platforms such as Wildmoka, WSC, or Grabyo.
• Knowledge of YouTube publishing and platform strategy.
• Deep understanding of internet culture and current digital trends.
