What you will do

• Ingest camera ENG footage with appropriate LUTs and ensure all production assets are properly archived.
• Manage daily ingestion and cataloging of hundreds of recorded events, including press conferences and sporting events.
• Monitor and manage storage levels for multiple workgroups and workspaces using AVID Nexis and EVS ISILON.
• Provide Tier 1 technical support to Production for asset restoration and escalate critical issues to Engineering.
• Facilitate the distribution and retrieval of content using digital delivery tools such as Media Shuttle and Dropbox.
• Train Production staff on available file-based workflows to ensure deadlines are met.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in TV Production or related field, or equivalent professional experience.
• 1+ year of experience in post-production or a relevant field.
• Unrestricted work authorization to work in the United States.
• Must be willing to work full-time on-site in Stamford, CT.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills to operate in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.

Nice to have

• Working knowledge of Avid products (Interplay, Access, Media Composer), DaVinci Resolve, or Adobe Premiere.
• Experience with Asset Management systems and a cursory knowledge of video codecs.
• Previous experience working within a professional broadcast environment.
