What you will do

• Respond to customer product inquiries via telephone and email.
• Resolve complex technical concerns related to installation, operation, and product compatibility.
• Troubleshoot hardware and software issues and recommend corrective actions.
• Reproduce customer-reported issues in a dedicated lab environment.
• Document technical issues to support product quality and development programs.
• Collaborate with software and hardware development teams to verify fixes.

Requirements

• Minimum 5+ years of experience in a Support or Technical Assistance Center (TAC) team.
• Master’s degree in a technical field (CS/EE/ITP preferred).
• Strong proficiency in Linux and shell scripting.
• Solid understanding of networking concepts (HTTP, TCP, IP, subnetting).
• Experience with REST APIs, JSON, and MySQL.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Nice to have

• Familiarity with JavaScript.
