What you will do

• Own end-to-end quality assurance, including test strategy, test case design, and acceptance validation.
• Perform manual and exploratory testing of new features in fast-changing greenfield environments.
• Design, build, and maintain automated UI, API, and E2E test suites using Playwright.
• Define and maintain regression testing focusing on high-risk areas such as authentication, billing, and porting.
• Conduct API and integration testing across external systems like ServiceNow and AWS Cognito.
• Integrate automated testing into CI/CD pipelines to ensure continuous quality validation.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience in QA engineering, covering both manual and automated testing.
• Strong hands-on experience with UI test automation using Playwright.
• Proficiency in JavaScript and TypeScript for test automation development.
• Solid experience in API testing using Postman or JS/TS-based frameworks.
• Good understanding of microservices architectures and CI/CD integration.
• English: Upper-Intermediate (B2) or higher required.

Nice to have

• Experience with performance or load testing.
• Knowledge of contract testing tools like Pact or event-driven testing with Kafka.
• Experience testing authentication and SSO flows (AWS Cognito, OIDC).
• Exposure to telecom, CPaaS, or UCaaS domains.
• Experience with test management tools such as Jira Xray or TestRail.
